However, due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following:
· Order number
· Photos or videos showing the damage
· Description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:

We will re-ship the replacement at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
